What this job involves

You will be responsible for Testing & Commissioning of ELV equipment and systems and Operations & Maintenance of ELV equipment and systems that includes IBMS, FAS & PA systems, DDC panels, Control systems, LAN, IT equipment, Car parking management system, access control, security systems etc. etc.. You would be managing the following:

• Reporting to Senior Manager-Engineering.
• Testing & Commissioning of ELV equipment and systems.
• Updating transition tracker.
• Snagging / De-snagging of ELV systems and equipment before HOTO.
• Critique of ELV documents.
• PPM of ELV equipment and systems.
• Daily Rounds of all utility areas.
• ELV equipment and systems are in healthy state.
• AMC are updated always.
• Duty Roster of all ELV staffs.
• Monitoring Energy consumption of ELV equipment and systems.
• Daily report to be ready.
• Preparing MMR.
• Be responsible for hiring, training and development of shift engineers and maintenance staff.
• SOP and Check-Lists to be ready.

Client:

You will be working on JIO WORLD CENTER which is a mixed use commercial Site located at Mumbai

Site dynamics:

Work Schedule and other details: Site team:  Transition Head +21

Reporting:

You would be accountable to the Senior Manager- Engineering.

Paying attention to detail and having excellent problem-solving skills is essential. Teamwork and management skills are added advantages. You must have the capacity to multitask efficiently with excellent communication skills (written and oral)

Qualifications

• You will have a Degree / Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical /Civil /Marine Engineering OR equivalent, with min 4 to 5 years of working experience in Facility Industry /Real Estate/ Hotel or Construction Industry. For residential sites candidates with residential experience will be preferred.
• Additionally, this role requires a thorough understanding ELV equipment and systems.
